We want you to love your purchase, but if something’s not right, we’re here to help.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received
- All tags must be attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- You'll need the receipt or proof of purchase
Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your original payment method will be refunded (minus any shipping costs) within 10 business days.
Please note:
- Banks and credit card companies may take extra time to post the refund
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at Barbara@schoolstyles.com
Online Return Instructions
Our return process is quick and simple:
Step 1
Enter the email address, phone number, or zip code used at checkout, along with your order number. Follow the prompts to request your Return Authorization (RA#).
Step 2
Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label via email.
Attach the label to your package and drop it off at your nearest carrier location.
Step 3
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return has been received and processed.
